Q is a Fitness Performance Coach who aims to change lives through various exercises and training. Coach Q is the owner of Quest Performance Training, a local group fitness facility. It opened in 2019 starting as a small group facility with classes of just 4-6 people per class. Years later, Coach Q has managed to expand by opening two more locations.  Coach Q's passion for fitness started in his younger years as he competed in multiple sports which eventually led him to play on professional teams in Europe. After making the decision to stop his play in football, he decided helping others reach their fitness goals would be the best way to fulfill himself. With his background in kinesiology and studying at the University of Indianapolis, Coach Q is well qualified to safely get his members through intense workouts. Now a father of 2 and husband, life for Q is all about creating longevity for himself and for the members around him to ensure years of happiness and a healthy lifestyle.
